Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will be the key link between our products/services and our clients. You understand the client's needs, identify new business opportunities, and offer customized solutions that meet their demands and expectations. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and close deals that create win-win situations.
Responsibilities:
- Actively approach potential clients and detect sales opportunities.
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships.
- Identify sales opportunities and develop tailored proposals.
- Negotiate and close contracts.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with other Account Managers, Presales, and Marketing to provide the best service to clients.
- Report directly to our Head of Sales.
Your Profile:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT, networking, or security sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A proactive attitude and a drive to continually learn and improve.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (both spoken and written). French is a plus.
- Technical knowledge of networking and security solutions is an advantage.
