In our approach, every voice matters—team leads evaluate employees, peers provide valuable insights about their colleagues, and employees have the opportunity to share their perspective on their team leads.
This holistic method fosters a culture of trust, transparency, and collaboration, ensuring everyone gets a clear view of their strengths and areas for improvement. Bringing multiple perspectives to the table
Every October, we start our yearly evaluation cycle by inviting peers to provide feedback. Those peers can be your direct colleagues or members from other teams you have worked with on specific projects. Employees can invite 3 to 5 peers of their own choice to get valuable insights on their skills, communication, and collaboration efforts. Important to note is that feedback is not provided anonymously. We highly value transparency throughout the entire process.
Next is receiving feedback from your team lead. They score you on several professional skills, soft skills, and our spotit values. The goal is to always support the score with extensive feedback and examples. Employees get the chance to evaluate their team lead as well. Great leadership starts with listening and taking feedback into account.
All this information is stored in your profile in our evaluation tool we also use to track goals and design your career. There you can always review your evaluations and goals.

All this input from yourself, your team lead, and your peers will be discussed during a conversation with your manager. Throughout the year, fix moments require employees to update their personal goals to verify if they are on track, and take the necessary steps when alarms rise.
During the evaluation conversation with the team lead, all provided feedback helps employees identify how their strengths and areas for improvement align with their individual goals, the team objectives, and the company goals. This alignment ensures that personal growth is purposeful and impactful.
