“We’ve evolved into a very well-oiled machine,” says Frederik. “With clear processes and structures, but without losing our speed. I’m extremely proud that we’ve professionalized while preserving, and even strengthening our flexibility, atmosphere, and quality.”
Steven echoes that sentiment, emphasizing healthy growth supported by a strong focus that continuously adapts to a constantly changing market. What has remained intact, and has even grown stronger, is the passion of the people, the quality of the work, and the central role of the customer.

One key lesson from recent years is crystal clear to Steven: focus and strategy are essential. Growing too fast without a clear direction inevitably leads to growing pains. That experience has shaped spotit.
“We’ve learned a lot from it,” he explains. “Today, we’re better prepared for the future than ever, precisely because we make more conscious choices about where we do, and do not invest our energy.”
That focus is also reflected in the type of customers and partnerships spotit pursues. Not every customer relationship is the same: long-term partnerships based on trust are far more valuable than traditional supplier-client relationships.
